Tim Wegleitner

As a seasoned Realtor and active investor, my wife and I kick-started our investing journey by flipping a couple of properties and building a home. We are proud owners of six doors in total, including our second multi-family property, which we currently reside in. Furthermore, we self-manage our out-of-state vacation rental in the Smoky Mountains, TN, and a couple of mid-term rentals in Twin Cities, MN. As a firm believer in continuous learning and education, I know that networking and connecting with like-minded individuals is the key to staying focused, setting goals, and achieving financial freedom. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience and would love to connect with anyone who shares the same interests. At Wegleitner Gold Homes, my team and I help clients take their first steps towards real estate investment or assist active investors in expanding their portfolio around the Twin Cities area. If you are interested in talking more, feel free to reach out and connect with me. I look forward to hearing from you! - 651-285-5609 - [email protected]
