Currently developing my first hotel: A 17-room boutique hotel in Oregon Wine Country. We own the land, have bank financing, an architect, GC bids and will soon be submitting for building permits with the city. If we finalize the equity raise, we should break ground in early 2025! I am also a licensed real estate agent in Washington and Oregon. I have an MBA in Global Social and Sustainable Enterprise from Colorado State University and a BA in communications from Wheaton College.
