I joined biggerpockets back in 2016 when I decided I wanted to rent my home when I moved. Fast forward a few years and the goal of wanting to learn how to self manage one property, has changed to a goal of implementing the BRRRR strategy to acquire as many properties as possible. In April of 2019, I finally closed on my first BRRRR deal in northeast Baltimore City. Six months later the property was completely renovated and I was able to place a section 8 tenant and refinance to get all my cash back out of the deal. You'll be able to network with other local investors and meet lenders, realtors, contractors and more.
