About myself
We own three duplexes in Janesville Wis. 3 units are mid-term rentals, two are long-term and we live in one. We did one flip back in 2018. That's about our experience at this point. But we plan to move forward with more rentals in the future. We are buying in our town near the future site of a new convention center.
