Tina Verstrate

I've done many things in my life, but real estate has always been a part of it. As my family is growing up, it's time to look toward the future. My future consists of spending time with my husband, allowing him to retire from his W-2 job, and having the passive income necessary to cover our expenses, while still being able to spend time with our kids before they are all grown up and gone. I still love getting my hands dirty and fixing up those diamonds in the rough, but buy and holds are my focus.
