I owner-occupy one of three apartments in my brick 3-flat, purchased in 2013. I handle all but the big stuff myself, no property manager. Now that I've got some distance from the early and not so easy days as a landlord, and am reaping the rewards of passive income, I'm interested in purchasing more apartment buildings and possibly SFs. I'm also intrigued by vacation rentals, particularly in southwest MI.
