I live in San Francisco Bay Area and am looking to expand my portfolio through out-of-state rental property investment. Currently I have two rentals (SFR) in Tucson, AZ and want to prioritize on multi-family / apartment opportunities going forward. I am open to areas outside of Tucson or Arizona; I am also actively looking for high-performing real estate agents, property managers, and CPA that I can partner with on this journey.
