Brandon Reda

I currently work full time as a commercial Hvac foreman in the Chicagoland area. When I was 20 I bought a foreclosed townhouse and sold it for a $50,000 profit. I was then able to buy the cheapest house in my favorite neighborhood, fixed it up and it’s worth quite a bit more. I’m pretty handy, good with budgeting, managing my workers, and have a fiancé who is very supportive and excellent with computers (websites, designing flyers, programs). I want to start flipping a few houses next year on the side, then eventually have rentals and start investing into notes and tax liens. I want to focus the business in Kane county and dupage county, western suburbs of Chicago
