Husband, Father, Chaplain, Coach, Baseball nut, Engineer, Inventor, & Entrepreneur Experience: Began investing right after graduating college in 1999. Sold out of the business about 10 years ago but have recently jumped back in the hustle in 2017! I have flipped houses, BRRRR'd houses, and owned/managed rentals. I currently buy/sale/rehab & hold, and flip houses. Real Estate Goals: LT: BRRRR & Flip Strategies, Automate PM, 2+ Million Equity in 10 years ST: Purchase or flip at least 12 doors in 12 months. Create immediate income with flips and use income to buy more flips and rentals. Currently Seeking: Rehab, cash deals, C properties in A or B neighborhoods.
