Recently turned military veteran looking to expand my experience and portfolio in real estate. I am seeking a mostly buy and hold portfolio for long term cash flow, but I want to experience all aspect of REI. Experience: I am in my second "house hack". My first one, a condo, went very well and was able to sell well above what my goal was and in the time frame I planned for. This current house hack is a SFR. Real Estate Goals: 1. Learn, network, learn some more, create connections that help myself and others. 2. Short-term: Create enough cash flow to consistently re-invest that money directly back into my business. 3. Long-term: Build a diversified portfolio consisting of SFRs and small multi-family properties. Currently Seeking: My first investment only deal that will not be considered my primary residence while working on the property.
