Hey BP community! Name is Ted Kuhlmann and I am a Real Estate broker in Chicago since 2004. Im annually in the top 1% of brokers in the city. After helping so many over the years find "deals", i decided to start looking for myself and became an investor in 2016. Mainly looking at multi-units with great buy/hold potential.
