I am a real estate attorney with ten years' experience practicing landlord-tenant and real estate transactional law in New York City's landlord-tenant law firm. After leaving the firm, I started a property management & brokerage firm in Syracuse, NY and we are now expanding with an office in Manhattan. We primarily represent investors and we focus on investment properties that generate cashflow.
