I recently began purchasing OOS properties in higher cash flow areas professionally managed by a local team. I have a full time job in the healthcare field and a part time job teaching, and hope to someday replace my full time income through real estate. I'm looking to connect with likeminded individuals, and form partnerships to help accumulate down payment sources and do more/bigger deals. I am always looking for wholesalers, property managers, brokers, and contractors that I can work with to build my portfolio out of state.
