My wife and I are about to become house "flickers" (part flippers/part house hackers!) in the St. Pete Beach area. We're planning to begin with a small (3 to 6-unit) property and go from there. She has past experience in buying, selling and renting properties in the area, but not recently. I have many years of experience in construction and remodeling, and can either complete or oversee most repairs and upgrades. I'm also a Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP), certified to conduct environmental site assessments for commercial properties. A family friend is an experienced, local realtor, but we'll take whatever leads we can get!
