I’m an aspiring real estate investor based in Anchorage, Alaska, with a background in operations, logistics, and business management. Since 2020, I’ve been actively learning about real estate investing. My focus is on acquiring four-plex properties in the Anchorage/Wasilla area for use as transitional living residences. I believe that stable housing plays a crucial role in rehabilitation, particularly for individuals re-entering society after incarceration, and I’m working to partner with organizations like Partners for Progress to provide structured housing solutions. Additionally, I have a special needs brother in Fairbanks who deserves a better living situation, and I’m motivated to acquire properties that offer high-quality housing for individuals in similar circumstances. My goal is to build a portfolio of cash-flowing properties that not only generate strong returns but also make a meaningful impact in my community.
