About myself
My company is Thomson Maintenance. We specialize in real estate punch lists. Established in 1999. We have long standing relationships with many local realtors who bring us regular business. We operate on word of mouth refferals alone and have never advertised for business. I have owned two rental properties of my own for over 14 years. I would like to aquire more and am interested in rehab flipping. I have been doing some home work on this and am looking for advice.
