I am a farmer in South Central Nebraska and my real estate investing journey started in the summer of 2021. I read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and was completely enthralled with the idea of real estate investing. I got ahold of a local real estate agent and bought my first rental property, a SFH, in my hometown of Hastings 3 weeks later. Since then I bought another SFH in Austin, TX later that year. I am interested and open to all forms of strategies and ideas of different ways to invest and expand my knowledge. I would love to talk shop and pick anyones brain about real estate investing!
