Rental Property Investor
Rental income sent 2 sons to college, and now funds my retirement. Bought and held 5 properties (8 doors) since '85, and prefer duplexes and 2-flats. Looking to add an ADU to convert one duplex to a triplex. Also, changing rental model on some units to short-term rentals.
