Fortune 500 technology Director who realized in my 50's that this path was leading me nowhere to retirement. Realigned my focus thanks to books, BiggerPockets Podcasts and numerous seminars and MeetUps. Team includes: my wife (Real Estate Agent) & daughter (Real Estate Agent). Began building systems and processes in 2016 to properly evaluate renovation opportunities along with building my private lender network and support team. Started a MeetUp in the Lake Norman, NC area advertising same on BiggerPockets to start giving back and continue building our network. We work to have a minimum of four rehabs going on at one time with BRRRR focus. Seven rehabs in 2019. Two AirBnBs, one long term rental and four flips.
