We are on our way to becoming the #1 Realestate Wholesaling company in IL. We mainly use direct mail to acquire off market deals at very discounted rates and sell the contract for a profit. We have focused our marketing on Cook and Dupage Counties but we are expending very fast. We send out anywhere between 10,000 to 30,000 mail pieces per month to motivated sellers. We are looking to expand to Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana within the next 12 to 24 months. Over the last couple of years we learned costly lessons through the marketing and negotiation activities we started. Now we are at a point where our efforts are paying off. We honestly feel that we can help other beginner investors avoid some of the many mistakes possible in this industry.
