Jonathan Lehman

Hi BP community! My name is Jonathan Lehman and I'm 35. My wife and I have been married for 10 years and we have 3 boys, ages 5, 3 and 1. We reside in Lancaster, PA. I have been interested in REI for a few years now but still haven't actually got into it. Currently I work in construction as an excavator. I'm mainly a backhoe and trackhoe operator. I work with some older men who would like to retire, but are unable to. I find myself heading in the same direction and I don't want to get stuck in this situation and not have a way out. I would like to get to the place where I have enough passive income that I can quit my job when I am ready. That said, I really do enjoy what I do, I just don't want to be forced to do it when I'm ready to retire. Also I'd really like to have more time with my family. I found BP when I was searching for information on how to be a real estate investor. I have listened to quite a few podcasts which are amazing. I am learning so much listening to the success stories of others. Thank you so much Josh and Brandon for doing these!
