Toby Bergstrom

I'm a beginner with 18 years of experience. My experience is almost entirely buy and hold investing in multifamily properties by the slow method (waiting until I've saved up enough for a down payment, get a bank loan and start saving again.) I sold that business a few years ago and am now getting back in but don't want to wait so much this time. So I'm learning to make new mistakes in flipping and wholesaling to raise capital for the buy and hold part of the new company.
