Hello! My name is Tochi Ajiwe and I am a Emergency Medicine resident! I started learning about real estate last year when my parents started renting out our old apartment in Houston and I managed their property for them. It was then I realized my love for real estate, managing people, and the opportunity to become financially free. My biggest drive is to one day have my hard-working parents stop working and living a better, more peaceful life. My goals right now are to purchase 1 SFH in Houston and house hack it or buy a Multifamily home before I start in June or sometime this year.
