My day job is Commercial Electronics Systems Sales. I am primarily interested in buying properties to hold and lease. I live in East Texas in Tyler, and I am in Austin, Texas quite a bit. Experience: I have been renting my first property for over two years now. A month before purchasing that property, I purchased the home I am currently living in with a 5% down loan so I was required to owner occupy this one for a year. The plan was to do some upgrades over that year then move to another property and lease this one at that point, but other investments happened and this one took a back seat so upgrades have been done over a longer period. Real Estate Goals: I am interested in purchasing single and multi-family properties to buy and hold or buy repair/upgrade and hold for rental income. Currently Seeking: my next property to purchase
