After starting out investing in the Pacific Northwest, I now live in Atlanta. I am continuing my real estate investing career after working overseas for several years. I have not posted in a long time, but I am back and hope to share knowledge gained throughout the housing crisis, which I stayed the course all the way through. I started out very active on BiggerPockets when I joined almost 9 years ago and now ready to jump back in full scale. I still have the goal of owning multifamily units upwards of 100 plus units. I started out with buy and holds and attempted light rehabs. I am now looking for full rehab projects with the target area being West Atlanta.
