I live in Pocatello Idaho with my girl friend Alicia Straube who is a agent for Keller Williams, we have two duplex's, We live in a Pre-foreclosure house we recently bought and will be fixing up. I would also like to buy properties to fix up and flip. I am looking to buy properties from owners, do short sales or get foreclosures, I am also looking for people who are interested in investing in the real estate. We opened a property management company in Pocatello Idaho in 2018 which has online rent payments for tenants, direct deposit for owners and reasonable rates on service and repairs of properties. We screen tenants for background and credit to get the best possible tenants for our owners. Because of knowing and working with other agents and investors in our area we find out about investment opportunities before they go on the market frequently, contact if you are looking for a specific kind of property and we will find it for you!
