I am passionate about real estate investing and making deals, in many creative ways! I love the many challenges and finding ways to overcome them with solutions! I have been a Sales Manager in the Auto Industry since 1995, but my passion has been in the real estate market. I started flipping in 2001, dealing with manufactured homes doing around 10 deals. In 2002, I started flipping regular homes and as a part time job have done over 40 flips. I took several years off in the bad economy beginning in 2008, but today have interest in a 72 unit building across from OSU's Reeser Stadium, and also own and manage 29 doors; four 4 plexes, one house, and have equal partnerships with my son on a 5 plex and 8 plex. I recently invested into a Crowdsreet opportunity zone deal in Atlanta, Georgia, to legally avoid tax liabilities .
