I focus on multi-family rentals that have value add! We are not afraid of challenging areas and take pride in self managing all of our own rentals. Fix and flip is also a large part of our business which funds our landlord plans! I’m also not afraid to sprinkle in wholesaling and land development as both have been successful for us. Looking at multiple exit strategies for every deal has proven to be successful for us and we look to partner with like minded individuals often. I also have my Ohio Real Estate License, but focus mainly on assisting other investors with either acquiring properties or managing their investments. I am always looking to learn and gain knowledge from others while networking with incredible people across the country.
