I was a long term manager with experience in valet services, retail and construction. I was first introduced to cash flow properties via the parking garages I ran in Philadelphia when I worked as an area/district manager. I learned how to negotiate deals that allowed the company to lease properties to create positive cash flow. I currently own a property with 2 commercial and 1 residential rental. I'm always hungry to learn more from personal experience, others with similar interest and mentors. I'm looking to expand my portfolio and grow my wholesaling business. As we all know there is no one system or strategy, I do what works for me and try to stay creative always. Each deal starts with the same base strategy (make the deal profitable)and then moves forward from there. I believe that having a good system of checks and balances (Due Diligence) combined with creativity and persistence will deliver success.
