Todd Romero

Hello BP community, I'm Todd R. I live in Creswell Oregon which is about 10 miles south of Eugene. I've been here in Oregon since 2013. I moved here from Brentwood CA. I am a family man, I have a full time job, I am a deep value investor, looking to diversify with real estate. Experience: I have purchased three homes. The most recent is my primary residence. In the early 2000's I became an accidental landlord when I rented out my primary residence and bought a new home to live in. Real Estate Goals: My Father has been a Realtor for over 30 years. My goal is to get my Real Estate License, flip and fix, use those proceeds to purchase long term cash flowing rentals, and open an internal property management firm, to manage my properties and the properties of others. Currently Seeking: Mentors, people to network with and like minded successful investors.
