I am currently a stay at home father with 2 children and one more on the way. I have always had a desire to go into business for myslef. I have looked at several different business ventures and determined Real Estate Investing in Buy and Hold rental properties is the best path for me to take to owning a business that will fit the path i want my to take with my life. I have done loads of research and read numerous books on the subject. I currently own 1 rental property in WY. My family and i are going to be relocating to Utah in the next year somewhere around the Logan area. I have started researching that area and am excited to move and start buying more properties. I currently do not have my real estate license but it is something I am going to pursue over the next year.
