Todd Willhoite

I was born and raised in the same town I live in now. In 1991 I opened a general law practice in my home town. Although I know a little bit about real property law, I have not specialized in real estate law. Experience: In June 2013 I started managing a few of my parents rental houses and a couple of small retail commercial buildings. I have had a general knowledge of real estate laws, but I have learned so much about the business from Bigger Pockets since I joined. I am continuing to learn daily about the real estate business. I have purchased several single family residences that are cash flowing nicely. I am a limited partner in five mobile home parks. Real Estate Goals: My interest is currently focused on acquiring some long term buy and hold income producing properties. Currently I am searching for a mobile home park to purchase and some more single family rentals. With a day job, I am more interested in aspects of the business that require less of my time. At this point I am continuing to educate myself on what is possible and how best to pursue my goals Currently Seeking: I am seeking leads on mobile home parks for sale.
