I have been a real estate investor since 2012, mostly buy, fix, and sell. I am currently taking a break from the investing part and opened up a Farmers Insurance Agency in Shoreview, MN. My goal was to help investors insure their real estate investments. Farmers owns a company that specializes in this market. I plan to get back into investing real soon.
