I've have been investing in rentals and rehabs for 30+ years and after retiring from the restaurant business, I sat for my Realtors license. Was associate broker for 19 years in multiple states. I also had an MLO and insurance license from 2019- 2026. I am currently a retired investor and consultant. I'm in a position to move my investing into multiple states and am eagerly trying to learn more about multi-family investing. You can never get too much education, and I believe that spending more time on BP will teach me much more.
