Im 20 years in construction . Mostly interior renovations in higher end in Manhattan and Brooklyn,NY. I mostly was focused on wood flooring sanding and finishing and over the years started doing complete renovations of apartments and houses. With my focus on wood flooring my experience in the field and multiple educational courses from National Wood Flooring Association , Virginia Tech University, North Carolina University Wood Science departments, I am certified as Wood Flooring Inspector. (Yes there are people inspecting wood floors :) ) Beside running my install and refinishing business and becoming certified Inspector for wood floors I started selling higher end wide plank wood flooring which I ship nationwide. In December 2018 I bought my first property and withing a year I bought 6 of them . I plan on building my wealth and future in real estate and I am passionate about it.
