I am passionate about almost all things real estate. Few things make me happier than contributing to someone's efforts to learn about investing and take action to grow and relieve financial stress. I am chronically financially stressed and love the feeling of relief from doing deals, and it's fun to return the favor. In 2016, I co-founded Dropmodel (company profile linked to my account) to help aspiring and experienced real estate pro's be better and faster around the activities that gave me, my friends and partners headaches for years. I have been loving being on the startup journey with a fantastic team. My Background: I started my real estate career as an asset manager (helped analyze deals and manage property managers) for a high-net-worth apartment owner, then moved on to commercial real estate (investment sales) and decided that I was done watching others make money. I started side-hustling on nights and weekends and finally (after three years of learning and not taking action) took action and bought my first multi-family deal. I have been doing deals since under the banner, Flexible Company - we focus on adding value to sellers by doing creative deals that suit their goals/needs. I love spending time with my family, Taco Tuesday, the Great British Baking Show, shoes, talking about anything related to investing, non-fiction books, NYC, keto diet + intermittent fasting, 5-10 minute runs (my max), UCLA anything. Not so interesting fact: At least once per day, someone says, "has anyone ever told you that you look like Vin Diesel?!" My response is either: "No, never!" or "Because I'm bald??"
