Tom Dunivin

Hi! My name is Tom and I am happy to work at Welcome To San Diego in the property management division. I was raised in Southern California in a city called Lake Forest and made the move to San Diego in 2006 to attend San Diego State University. After living in San Diego for 5 years while in school I decided to make San Diego my permanent home and entered the real estate industry to help others realize that dream as well. After a short stint in residential sales, I made the transition to property management after placing more than a few friends into apartments. This quickly developed into a passion for finding the perfect home for the perfect tenant. I have experience managing millions of dollars in real estate and look forward to working with you! When I am not working you can find me at the beach, either surfing or spending time with my dog, Jasmine.
