Tomer Markovich

I'm the co-owner of Happy Management LLC, a property management company managing 100+ properties for investors across multiple states, with our core market in Milwaukee, WI. 9 years in U.S. real estate (flips, rentals, wholesaling, and property management), 6 of them focused on Milwaukee. Most of the properties we manage belong to out-of-state and international investors, so we're built for owners who aren't local. Our sister company, Happy Construction, handles renovations and turns in-house. What we do: tenant screening, leasing, maintenance coordination, inspections, renovations, and dealing with the city (assessments, notices) so you don't have to. Looking for a PM in Milwaukee?
