I deal with investors daily and am always looking for new clients to assist in my law practice. For years I posted on BP as Eastern Title & Settlement (I oversee the Investor Team at Eastern -- we cover a lot of territory) but many leads I generated were absorbed as "in-house" deals, so it became clear that the contact/contract should come to me directly. I enjoy working with REALTORs as well and provide value in problem solving, creative financing, more. I'm a real estate attorney (MD/DC) of ~25 years with tens of thousands of transactions completed. From traditional deals to all sorts of distress situations, foreclosures, auctions, tax sales, wholesaling, creative financing, and am often faced with complicated lien scenarios and title defects. I'm familiar with the various fields of law implicated in most real estate transactions. I've seen everything that can possibly happen in a transaction! I say that today and of course tomorrow I'll run into something new and crazy and have to resolve it... and I will.
