Tom Kaider

Born and raised in NW suburbs. Then moved near Orlando and learned about commercial and residential real estate management. Moved back to IL, and started a management company which is doing well. Recently broke into investing because I am so confident with the management aspect of it. I like to make high ROI with friends, and I like adding new friends. There are plenty of deals and plenty of APY/ROI to go around. We can all do really well. I feel that any partner who can simply be honest in every conversation and transaction will do really well with me no matter their experience or resources. Honesty is the most important. Hobbies: biz, poker, chess, coaching, movies, anywhere that has a fire pit. I don't think I can overstate that friendships are more important to be than biz, but what a great feeling to be hanging out with cool people with whom we also do deals. It just doesn't get any better.
