Hi, I moved NW Raleigh in 2000 from Tempe, Arizona. I am an engineer with a degree from Arizona State - go Sun Devils! I have several cash flowing SFR rental properties and long term plan is to scale up to multi-family. My near term goal is to convert one of my rentals in Wilmington, NC to an AirBnB.
