My name is Tom and I have just moved to New Port Richey from Cincinnati Ohio. Loving the weather and about to dive back into the Real Estate world here. I accidentally flipped my first house when on the hopes of fixing it up (as it was across the road from mine) as well as possibly making a little on the deal. This woke me up to the prospects and pleasures of the business. From there I invested on & off until 14 properties later I’ve up-sized to multifamily deals – I’m the guy who loves rentals - really. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Biochemistry/Microbiology and have had a successful career in Pharmaceuticals for the last 20 years while maintaining a flip & buy/hold ‘side job’. I now want to go all out in Real Estate Investing focused solely on multifamily rental buy & hold and I’m very interested in partnering and networking to get there.
