I have been a full-time REALTOR and licensed Broker since 2005. Over the years I have worked with regular home buyers and many investors helping them acquire properties for both longterm holdings and short-term flips. We have brokered deals for residential developments, apartment complexes, hospital and medical developments, child care centers, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, farm land, etc. I currently have three short term rental condos (VRBO/AirBnB) in downtown Nashville. My wife, son and I currently reside in Nashville and like to travel as much as possible.
