Hello all! I’m a Jacksonville-based real estate professional with a background in business development, multifamily lease ups, real estate, and the day-to-day realities of owning rental property. Before real estate, I spent several years performing in NYC, which taught me a lot about people, communication, adaptability, and showing up consistently. These days, I’ve traded the stage for real estate, but I still love working with people and being part of something I can build. :) I’m especially interested in what happens after the purchase: understanding the rental market, protecting cash flow, keeping good tenants, managing turnover, controlling operating costs, and making decisions that make sense over the life of an investment. Outside of real estate, I’m happiest around animals, plants, and anything I can grow, build, or make feel new again. I also have a particular interest in the potential of properties that need a little vision to become something worthwhile. I’m here to learn, share what I’m seeing in the Jacksonville market, connect with others, and have honest conversations about what actually works when you own and operate rental property.
