I'm currently living and working full time in Southern California as a Controller for a national commercial real estate owner and developer. I bought my first rental property here with the help of an FHA loan (I became an accidental landlord when I bought my second home and moved out). My interests are primarily in buy and hold real estate in single and small multi-family units. The numbers in my market no longer make sense, so I'm currently building my cash reserve to begin implementing the BRRRR strategy out of state!
