Marketing professional working full-time in the forest products industry. Experience: A house hack under my belt in a previous life. And I now have one rental property under my belt. Real Estate Goals: I plan on making my real estate business a part time one for now. I'm interested in buy and hold single-family and multi-family properties (whichever makes the most sense at any given moment/market). Currently Seeking: A base knowledge of sound REI and knowledge on how to intelligently find and buy great real estate deals that provide maximum ROI.
