"Newbie" that's me. Up and coming, aiming high. First, I'm earnestly trying to gain some basic education (along with my real estate license). Presently, I work a full time job with a husband and 2 small kids. Any advice on the niche(s) and strateg(ies) I should consider? I was leaning towards wholesaling for starters.
