My wife and I have been real estate investors for 30 years. We own around 350 units, but that number goes up and down depending on the market. Our holdings are diverse and include apartment complexes, self storage, senior housing, commercial strip centers, duplexes, single family rentals and mobile home parks. We do not do syndications deals as our focus in on long term buy and hold properties.
