We often work with investors targeting zombie properties, foreclosures, liens, vacant absentee homes, and out-of-state opportunities. On the lending side, we help provide capital for properties owned by absentee owners, those that are free and clear, high equity, investor-owned, or owned by disengaged investors (“bored investors”). A big part of our mission is supporting neighborhood rehabilitation, especially in New York and other out-of-state areas where revitalization creates real impact.
