- Business Owner - Tax avoidant enthusiast - Marketing and Sales - Software Development I bought my first duplex 8 years ago, moved in, remodeled it, rented it out, lived there, got bored, solid it and thought I could get bigger properties in real estate faster if I started a construction business to make more money. Turns out it's not that easy. I currently own a commercial painting business specializing in multi-family housing. I offer investor friendly services and pricing tailed for unit turns and increasing property values. I work with primarily property managers, real estate agents, building owners, and sometimes commercial tenants. And occasional homeowners. I have an interest in software and have built my own marketing tools which I use for business (and for fun) to look for construction deals. I have experience in most trades on both the residential and commercial side of things. I'm hoping to purchase a duplex and/or four plex in the next year or so and get back into real estate.
